Young cadres Ready Shining Sky.

Dombrowski Pursue Success Again in USA Pro Challenge 2013.
Christopher Froome and Richie Porte will suck the biggest concern in the USA Pro Challenge in Colorado, August 19 to 25.
But, they may not be the Team Sky riders who received the greatest support.
Biggest cheers might be given to young drivers from American duo, Joe Dombrowski and Ian Boswell. Both equally 22 years old, and equally Neo Pro status (rookie or newcomer) in the arena worldtour.
That both are so rookie with Team Sky, the team is currently the world number one, it shows the potential that they have. Team Sky may feel that they will be a future superstar. At least Dombrowski, who last year repeatedly been spectacular moments with BONTRAGER junior team.
Because incredibly, last year Dombrowski able to finish in the top ten in the USA Pro Challenge. This year's race was the debut Dombrowski and Boswell as worldtour racer in his own country. Both claimed to be ready to shine.
Boswell. for example, admitted the first year was not an easy year.
"This year I learned so much. In Europe, there are so many tactical ability in the race than in America. Fact, the little ones is very important. Example, know when to drink and when to pee. Everything is faster, harder , "he said via Velonews.
Dombrowski really can justify it. This year has been going so hard for him. For encountered in daily service area while Team Sky at their hotel in Snowmass area, Dombrowski admitted should be quieter satt race. Because hard he has been involved in many accidents this year.
"I have destroyed five bicycle bike this year," he said.
As revealed it, a mechanic who listened to his Team Sky replied with a laugh.
"Relax, he will learn quickly," said the mechanic.
Dombrowski seemed very babyface. Santa tall and skinny (186 centimeters, only 61 kilograms). Just like other drivers, he admitted that the altitude and thin air will be a major challenge before reaching success.
"Usually I need up to three weeks before it actually adapt to the altitude here (Colorado).'s Why we came early. Weeks I've been here," said the young man from the east coast of the United States.
Every day, Dombrowski and others practicing as much as possible to get used to the thin air. Including casual Friday, "only" practice as far as 120 kilometers.
In the USA Pro Challenge later, Froome and Porte may not be all out for Team Sky, considering it's their first race after conquering Tuor de France last July.
It is not impossible, Dombrowski (and Boswell) will be given the opportunity to "be creative" achieve the best results. However, even if not successful, they still should be considered in the years to come. Team Sky feel they Froome replacement candidate in the future.
